okay I going to say this 
I have a Device for my 3DS (like a cheating but it helps) and I discovered that you can get some legendary pokemon egg (some do work some don't) so I've tried Victini who is my fave Leg Poke and it worked and it's no lie if you want I can give you a egg with it hatch power so it hatchs fast ^^
